Sliding Gates

I was unsure of what size I needed so phoned customer support & they were so helpful, I ordered my new gate over the phone, it wasn’t a standard size so I thought I may have to wait some time but within two weeks I had a call to say my gate was ready & I was given a date & time, on the day a further call to say he would be delivering in the next half hour. What a professional team, somewhat good to talk to people & receive fantastic customer service. Fixing the gate was also so easy & the online video is extremely helpful.

Put the gate up yesterday spot on, fitted beautiful everything in the box and the instructions were easy to follow.
Good quality gate. Just took a bit longer to get delivered than expected.

Both the service and product were excellent. With my customised size l had a few questions all of which were responded to very quickly, efficiently and with understanding. There is no doubt in my mind that would definitely recommend this company and their products.

Ordering and Delivery were super easy. Fixing was ok but with one slight issue.
The fixings for the hinges were a little troublesome. The nut on the fixing de-attached inside the hole and was impossible to remove. Had to find a new raw bolt to replace it, otherwise was ok. Overall very good.

Absolutely fantastic Company to deal with so easy to order and communicate with. The gate is first class engineering as is the electrical components, excellent smooth running gear and so easy to install if you get your base correctly installed. Delivery amazing i cannot fault anything about this Product I know it is a expensive job to do but if you are going to to install a Sliding cantilever automated gate this is the company to use you won’t be disappointed.

Originally I spoke with the office and they assisted me to ensure all the measurements were correct paid at the time, company was very good with communication throughout the time till delivery
On arrival I was not disappointed all the information needed to install was on the website I would thoroughly recommend this company and their product

Custom width, black finish and self-installed VertiScape gates produced a great result. Instructions are clear just needed some advice about reducing the height of the posts to fit space (hint: chop off the bottom of the post with the feet, not the top with the bespoke cap fittings). Very pleased with the outcome.

Went for the custom fit option OpenSky gate, and self-installed it onto existing brick pillars. When measuring up, as well as the width, don't forget to consider the total height of posts required, as the hinges add around 10 cm extra in addition to the door itself. Customer support was nice and responsive. Doors came with plenty of spare fixing options and extra locks etc. Very pleased.

The gate is very high quality and the service was good. There was a mix up with the requested delayed delivery date but this was resolved as best as could be done. Would use again.
