🚚 Mainland UK Delivery Only

We currently deliver our products to Mainland UK only, covering England, Wales and eligible mainland areas of Scotland.

Unfortunately, we do not deliver to the following locations:

Northern Ireland (BT postcodes)
Channel Islands (GY, JE)
Isle of Man (IM)
Isle of Wight (PO30–PO41)
Scottish Highlands & Islands (HS, ZE, KW, IV, PA, PH, KA27–KA28)
Isles of Scilly (TR21–TR25)

If an order is placed to one of these excluded areas, we’ll contact you to cancel and refund the order. Please note that any non-refundable transaction fees or payment processing fees incurred may be deducted from the refund total, as these costs are non-refundable to us.


🕒 Delivery Scheduling

We cannot confirm delivery dates at the time of order. Delivery dates are arranged closer to the estimated lead time, once your order is ready and the delivery route is being planned.

As your expected delivery window approaches, we’ll contact you by email with the confirmed delivery date once this has been scheduled.


Estimated Lead Times From Order Date

Lead times are estimated from the date your order is placed.

Standard-size Driveway or Garden Gates: 4-5 weeks

Custom-size Driveway or Garden Gates: 6-8 weeks (Factory-fitted Handle Sets are included within the custom gate order lead time)

Sliding Gates: 6-8 weeks

Aluminium Posts: 4-5 weeks

Accessory Items: approximately 5 working days

If posts or accessories are ordered together with a gate, they will usually be delivered with the gate order and will follow the current estimated lead time for the gate.

Please note: Orders placed after 5pm are processed the next working day. Working days are Monday to Friday, excluding Bank Holidays.


Lead Time Information

All lead times shown are estimates from the date of order and may vary during the year depending on supplier production schedules, seasonal demand and logistics planning.

During busier periods, lead times may be extended. We always aim to keep our delivery information as accurate as possible and will update our website if our suppliers confirm any significant changes to current lead times.

Orders placed after 5pm are processed the next working day. Working days are Monday to Friday, excluding Bank Holidays.


Delivery Charges

Free delivery is available on standard driveway gate and garden gate orders to eligible Mainland UK delivery areas.

For standalone post/accessory orders, delivery charges will be calculated at checkout.

Some larger or specialist products, such as sliding/cantilever gates, may have delivery charges calculated at checkout depending on the delivery location and product type.


📅 Delivery Confirmation

Once your order is ready and delivery has been scheduled, we’ll confirm your delivery date by email.

If there are any delays or changes affecting your order, we’ll contact you as soon as we receive an update.

The afternoon or evening before delivery, the delivery driver will usually contact you using the telephone number provided at checkout with an estimated time of arrival.


📝 Special Delivery Requests

If you have a specific delivery request, such as a safe place or access instructions, please include this in the Order Special Instructions section on the cart page when placing your order.

We will do our best to pass any delivery requests to the logistics team, but please note that special requests cannot always be guaranteed.


⚠️ Important Notice

While we do our best to meet estimated delivery times, delays can occasionally occur.

Please wait until you have received and inspected your order before booking any installers or arranging installation work. We cannot cover any installer, contractor or labour costs caused by delivery delays, damaged goods, missing parts or early bookings made before the order has been received and checked.
