You’ll be asked to confirm:

- Opening direction (left-hand or right-hand)
- Manual or automated operation
- Infill type and colour (RAL/BS)
- Delivery / installation details and contact information

Delivery & returns
xWe cannot confirm delivery dates at the time of order. This is because we don’t schedule deliveries far in advance due to logistics. As your expected delivery window approaches, we’ll schedule your delivery and email you with the confirmed date.

Delivery Confirmation
As we near your lead time, we’ll confirm your delivery date. We’ll email you once that information is available. If there are any delays, we’ll keep you updated.
Day Before Delivery
The afternoon or evening before your delivery, the driver will text you (via the number provided at checkout) with your estimated time of arrival (ETA).

While we do our best to meet estimated delivery times, delays can occasionally happen. Please wait until you’ve received and inspected your order before booking any installers – we can’t cover costs due to early booking!
