Every gate configuration

Manual configuration
The Manual option does not include a motor, controller, photocells or powered automation equipment.
Automated configuration
The Automated option includes the Roger Technology TW90 automation system specified for the gate, including the motor and gearbox, digital controller and receiver, dual hard-wired photocells and integrated nylon gear rack with steel core.
Any additional access-control equipment or site-specific safety devices required by the installer are not included unless expressly shown on the order.

Product-specific installation dimensions can be viewed using the dimensional drawing card after selecting the gate size and opening direction.
The following equipment is included only when the Automated configuration is selected. Manual gates do not include a motor or powered automation equipment.
Advanced automation technology
The main tower post is designed to house the Roger Technology motor and gearbox, keeping the principal mechanical components concealed for a clean appearance.

Site-specific access controls and any additional safety devices required following the installer’s risk assessment are not included unless expressly shown on the order.
Before ordering, confirm the finished gate width and height, opening direction and that there is sufficient run-back space beside the entrance for the complete gate and cantilever tail.
The site must have suitable ground levels and enough space for the support posts, running hardware and correctly designed concrete foundations. Automated configurations also require the appropriate electrical supply, cable routes, safety equipment and final commissioning.
Cantilever sliding gates require accurate setting out and should be installed by a suitably experienced gate installer. Automated gates should be commissioned by a competent local gate automation engineer who can assess the site and complete the required safety checks.

Warranty cover is subject to correct installation, use and maintenance in accordance with the manufacturer’s instructions.
We cannot confirm the exact delivery date when the order is placed because sliding-gate deliveries are scheduled closer to completion. We will email the confirmed delivery date as the expected delivery window approaches.
Estimated lead time

Delivery charges
Delivery is chargeable for cantilever sliding gates and is calculated at checkout.
The driver will normally contact you on the evening before delivery with an estimated arrival time.
Returns
Cantilever sliding gates cannot be returned, whether ordered in a standard or custom size and whether manual or automated. This does not affect your statutory rights if the product is faulty or not as described.
